We stand behind every transaction.

If diamonds were not delivered to your BIGO account within 5 minutes of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed automatically and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Please note: once diamonds are successfully delivered, refunds are not possible as the transaction is final with BIGO. To request a refund, contact support@almaz.gg with your order code.
